Refund Policy of Respirologist Pty Ltd

This Refund Policy applies to medical equipment including devices and supplies purchased from Respirologist Pty Ltd.

This refund policy does not apply to medical services rendered by independent medical practitioners.

General

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

Cancellation and Change of Mind

We do not offer any refund if you change your mind.

Products Damaged During Delivery

Contact us as soon as possible. The product must be returned in its received condition with packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 3 days of contact.

Exceptions

We may refuse repair, replacement or refund if: the product was misused, you knew of problems before purchase, or you asked for alterations against our advice.

Shipping Costs for Returns

We bear shipping costs for products that fail Consumer Guarantees. If the product is easily returned, the customer organises return and we reimburse. If too large or heavy, we organise collection.

We aim to process requests within 2 business days.
